Hi Jean. You are so right in that the chick has been working hard. I was on the cam at noon when we got to watch almost 20 minutes. The little one just kept pushing and pushing its little head against the side of the crack in the egg. Such a fighter to get free. And I was worn out watching.

2:50 pm well, well, well, Rey is still lying in the nest bowl and Brit standing in the nest.

2:42 pm Brit lands in the nest. And Rey is not giving up duty. He vocalized when she landed and now just laying in the nest bowl. Brit is standing in the nest waiting for her turn.

2:24 pm Rey was to quick for me to get a good look at the egg. Looks like we are seeing the "bottom" part of the egg. He gives it a gentle roll.

2:23 pm logging into both cams. Rey got up again but couldn't see the egg.

1:48 pm in rollback, Rey is up again and tends to their egg. Rey is looking down and probably listening to the little peeps. 1:21 pm in rollback, Rey is up to give the egg a roll. Note; I am not getting on the cams for a bit longer.

12:55 pm in rollback, Brit flies. Hard to see the egg at a distance. Rey comes to the nest.
