I took a favourite scap of Brit and Rey and had someone doctor the photo a bit, removing the yellow excavator in the back, adding back the greenery north of the nest. Their ID facial features were also enhanced.

What a beautiful pair. I’m so proud of how far they’ve come.

1749 - Brit is calling softly, likely talking to Rey.

She gets up while persistently chatting. Rey, are you eating something nearby?

Brit settled back down on her egg.

Those sounds remind me of when Rey first invaded the territory, wow.

Brit seems much calmer now, that must be a good sign. I wonder if anyone saw the action down below.

We have an Eagle perched nearby. It sure would be nice if they decided to drop in to the nest.

0627 - Brit got up quietly and flew

0628 - Rey arrived to take over egg duty

1817 - Brit was up to tend to her egg again. This time she picked up some grasses and covered the egg with it, before she shimmied back down.
