MaryF, do you know if they are planning to have the crack in the attic branch fixed? I mentioned it, either in chat or here in the forum, when it first appeared after a heavy T-storm. Was told the Pritchetts were aware of it. The crack is visible in a scap on the forum on 8/3 at time stamp 13:21:51...
